Hello and happy spring to everyone! It’s been a year of challenges for all of us on the personal and professional front as we adjusted to our ‘new normal.’ We here at xLM Solutions have also not been immune to the struggles and the scares. I feel fortunate and more hopeful that there is an end in sight to our collective experience of individual lockdowns. We hope vaccine roll out continues to increase in speed across the globe while we also mourn the loss of lives and pause to thank the many people who have cared for us all, from food distribution workers and grocery store clerks to our entire medical community.

In happier news, xLM is very pleased to announce two new partnerships. The first is with SMS_Thinktank, a leader in systems modeling and simulation, bringing the worlds of systems engineering and computer-aided engineering together. The second, is with FlatterFiles.com, this is a tool that is used in conjunction with SolidWorks PDM and Autodesk Vault to manage view access for drawings, providing secure access to suppliers and vendors to drawings with a cloud based solution. Discover more about the partnership here.

We’ve also been busy implementing PLM with a half dozen of successful data migrations and implementation in the first quarter already.
