Here at xLM Solutions, we receive many requests on how best to reduce rework and “push” the product structure from SOLIDWORKS into ERP, MRP and MES systems. In response, we developed a SOLIDWORKS PDM to DELMIAWorks Integration tool.

For SOLIDWORKS customers, odds are that you are using SOLIDWORKS PDM to manage your CAD/SOLIDWORS file and your Bill of Materials (BOM). We have developed a tool to integrate SOLIDWORKS PDM with DELMIAWorks, automating the creation of Bills of Manufacturing from the SOLIDWORKS Bill of Material data. The data transfer can be done manually through one right-click operation or automated through a workflow state change.
