Training Services

The xLM Training Service Group provides training and demonstrations for our valuable clients. Our skilled specialists train and provide reference materials for the users, administrators and support team. We train the end-users on working with the solution or application, support personnel on handling common questions and issues, and management team on planning and performing administrative tasks such as back up, site maintenance, and application updates.

Training is available for individuals and groups, and may be conducted either on or off the client site. A training session typically involves presentations by xLM specialists and hands-on exercises for the attendees to facilitate skill development and retention.

The training courses are structured to follow the OEM training materials available to the client from the application manufacturer. Alternatively, we can also develop or assist the client in developing custom training courses and materials according to specific user and application scenarios.
